Iceland

Iceland Guide Cover Art
Blue Lagoon, Iceland

Overview

Iceland is majestic – it’s like the moon, with reindeer and hot springs. In fact, astronauts from NASA trained on the rugged landscapes for moon landings. It’s a wild place where you hike across lava fields in the morning, soak in rural hot springs in the afternoon (all year round), and chase the Northern Lights after midnight. Iceland feels like the Earth showing off, and honestly, it has every right to. Check it out at New Years for some unbelievable “showing-off”.  Volcanos, waterfalls, glaciers—it’s like nature just kept hitting the “epic” button here. Add in some Björk-level quirkiness and a belief that trolls might actually exist, and you’ve got a country that never plays it safe—and neither should you.
